National Commerce House Pvt Ltd, Siliguri (West Bengal) the parent company of NPEC, was established in the year 1941. The company had set up a high end engineering workshop and since then NCH has been the one stop shop for all kinds of machining jobs in the North Bengal region. The present directors have acquired NCH in 1966 and over the decades, diver- sified into various other lines of business ranging from transportation of goods to tea gardens and developing commercial complexes.

NPEC was established in early 2007 with the vision to provide engineering and civil services to infrastructure development projects coming up in the North Bengal, Sikkim and Bhutan region. Starting with a minor workshop of 11,000 sq feet in Siliguri in 2007, the company has grown stably to a 45000 sq feet workshop in Siliguri and has opened a fabrication workshop in Visakhapatnam by 2017 with covered area of 16000 sq feet.

NPEC is the first name to pop up in your mind when the domain of work is steel fabrication in North Bengal and Sikkim. Such is the reputation earned by the company through extreme hard work and dedication of the excellent team comprising of immensely talented engineers and technicians.
